Pizza very bad made after dough inedible

I ordered a pizza at 10:00 a.m. 2 days ago, which meant that clearly my data has been listed. I waited in vain until 23:30 until I decided to call, you already had to and my pizza was never delivered! No call at all.. when I called today to complain I got a cheeky answer “and now? What am I supposed to do? Will never spend a cent here again! They've never heard of customer service.
