Taco Bell - Festus

If you have your food hot, fresh, and made to order with fast efficient service, then you need to try Taco Bell in festus directly from hwy 55 where there is always a line for the drive thru (which shows the food well) but the line moves quickly. I love the crispy tacos served with hot freshly seasoned meat, a slice of shredded cheese with tomatoes and hot sauce. What I'm eating. And they were delicious! I took a $5 combo meal that I waited until I add it to the order, and the girl does not even contain a crispy taco, a burrito, and cinnamon twists and drink. Not bad for only five dollars. And our grandson also loved the cinnamon wounds! They are fast, efficient and tasty, a place that the whole family can enjoy! And the next time you go through the ride, tell them that Gina sent you.

Why do we call this place fast food..... when you spend 45mins in the drive-thru line. The management needs to put there workers in more training. And don't say it's because we are low on staff when I seen 5 workers

Every order that went out to customers was wrong. Food was missing. Food was ICE COLD. We waited for 30min to get an order that was messed up. One customer was waiting for an hour and after asking for a refund he was told it would only be three minutes. 20MINUTES later he finally received his order AFTER he was notified via the app that it was ready 45 MINUTES prior! Completelyirresponsible crew that have no idea how to work. Definitely will not be back until someone does a full makeover on the workethic of this place.

Is it fast food or 45 minute food. I don?t know what the issue is but you can?t have employees outside telling people to wait so they can catch up. Either they don?t have enough employees or no one in there is working. Either way, the GM needs to step upand fix it instead of acting like there?s no problem with this. I?ve been here more than a few times and nothing has changed.This is the last time I spend 45 minutes in this line with only 5 cars in front of us.

I used to go to this Taco Bell quite often after work around 11pm..it?s really went downhill the last few years. I know twice in the last 3 months I waited in line for 45 minutes, just for them to tell me they are ?restarting their computers and can?t takeorders? The wait times are 10x worst then they used to be as well. Maybe it?s just the quality, or lack of quality of help.
