What John Beiermann doesn't like about Subway:
Walked in and was asked if we had a online order, not hi welcome to subway or anything. Told the kid we did not have a online order and was instantly ignored and stood there for 10 minutes while the person at the cash register just stared at us. This is the second time this has happened, manager needs to retrain the employees and teach them customer service skills View all feedback.
