However, on 1/1/22, I arrived at 8:45 only to learn they close around 9. When I got there, a girl opened the door for me, but then she hurried to the back office and stayed out of sight, which made me feel uncomfortable. Sadly, this incident has made me reconsider coming back.

I waited in line for 30 minutes but was told that online orders would be filled first. After waiting for a total of 40 minutes, I decided to leave without placing my order. This policy seems quite unreasonable.
