What Donna doesn't like about Imo's Pizza:
IMOs used to be really good food. But since the plandemic. Blah! Been going there for fifty years. Definitely not the same place it used to be. I order a lot less since it’s unpredictable. The au jus is awful now. Usually just a cup of grease. View all feedback.
Customer service sucks. The young lady at the counter where you pay is not very attentive to the customer picking up the orders or checking for an update. So you sit there for 40 min wondering.
I called to place an order at 11:18 p.m. for cary out. I arrived at the location at 11:45 and the doors were locked and no one came to the window. I tried to call and while in the parking lot the employee turned off the lights and left the resturant. Im very confused..
I personally didn 't like the pizza. I thought it was weird tasting, with weird spaghetti sauce-ish tasting pizza sauce, with some weird honey on the crust we or . . . I don 't know what it was. Maybe it 's just not for me, which is why I 'm not giving them one star. If you 're not from the area, start with a small... I threw most of mine away.

I love this imos. Always great food. Please fix the bug on your mobile app. It doesn't let you order extra cheese. I had to call instead.
