I am surprised by all the positive opinions on this restaurant, I would like to point out that I am Moroccan and I know the tastes of our cuisine very well, we... read more I am surprised by all the positive opinions on this restaurant, I would like to point out that I am Moroccan and I know the tastes of our cuisine very well, we ordered two sweet and savory tajines which had no taste or spices or balance of flavors. Really expensive for what it is, in addition to an icy welcome, very disappointed and I absolutely do not recommend. As you can see instead of meat we got a big piece of bone with a lot of fat and very little meat.

Waiter was attentive, gave suggestions. Of all the Tagines I had in Fez, the beef one with a mix of dates, plums and walnuts was the best I had in Fez. The restaurant was empty, we ordered two Sultan tajines, the dishes were sorely lacking in spices and badly seasoned. The waitress brought us a low end cold bread and when asked to warm it up she acted as if we were asking for something extraordinary. We are very disappointed by this experience and also very surprised by the comments.
