Food is ok. Ferrum location is not up to par like it used to be when Darlene was there. I ordered the rotisserie bites and it was a ridiculously small portion. See photos. Haven't been back. Is it really that hard for cashiers and the people bringing you your food to say thank-you,have a good day, enjoy or something...anything???? They seem apprehensive at even giving you your change because they're just not people persons. Foods good-kinda skimpy with fries there. Not much value. I guess it would be nice to feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer for the amount of money you pay.
