What Maurizio Balla doesn't like about La Romantica Pizzeria San Sisto, Pg:
I was there on a Friday evening, so not a busy day. The 'waiting ' fried food is good, the pizza is good and the place is well placed, but... all thwarted by an excessively noisy environment, like 'Amici di Maria ' and the excessive volume of an adjacent bar. As far as I'm concerned, the one at Romantica, in Perugia and Assisi, is one of the best pizzas, not only in the area but in general. It has a dough more similar to the so-called pinsa and the seasonings are very good. The staff is efficient and the waitresses are always very kind, the only flaw of both places is the acoustics, when they get full it becomes very difficult to talk without shouting.
