Half of the time, either their ice machine or their ice cream machine is not working, or they close early. The staff is lazy and unwilling to do their jobs. If you do order there, avoid using the app as they may falsely claim they are out of something and offer a substitute worth less than what you paid for, or make you wait two weeks for a refund to your card. Additionally, 75% of their parking stalls are broken.
When the car hop brought out my original order, they had forgotten to include the fries that I had ordered. It wasn't a major issue, so I added a Route 44 Dr Pepper to my order. However, 45 minutes later, I still hadn't received my drink.
The food is good, the servers are always so nice and friendly very helpful but when you order a sundae they don't like to fill the container you get half and at 2.69 I want a full container of ice cream ?

Ordered the new pulled pork sandwich and was given the pulled pork burger. Sent it back for what I had ordered and was finally given my pulled pork sandwich. Ridiculous!!! There couldn’t have been more than 2 tablespoons of meat and you could tell that they took the patty and cheese off! And had to argue about a refund for the price difference.
