We came without earlier reservation and were lucky to get last free table. Service was friendly and welcoming, food was just amazing! Most of guests ate fried local fish carp) but we ordered veal head and beef tonque tete de veau et langue...de boeuf) that were just melting in mounth. This restaurant was recommended by a local, that is why we chose this place after spending a day out in Ferrette. The menu is diverse and the plates are massive, but there was nothing special, just okay. The house wine is not the best option...either... Sundgauvienne "pure souche", I am a specialist in fried carps (especially true, with ridges), and likes to test the restaurants that offer this typical dish. I was very pleasantly surprised by the ones that this little restaurant offers. they are not fat, just cooked to heart, well served; Mayo is a killing! light !!!! the many plates of the ridge hanging at the door do not lie, the address deserves the detour ! the small flat: the frame is disappointing, without charm. Service is fair. the staff is pleasant, smiling, without making too much. bravo !!!!
A family restaurant, the reception was pleasant and helpful. We took the salad fried carps. A rich meal, we were squeezed in frittes and salad (very good and very fresh). a cool carp and this dish was a discovery. Only disappointment mayonnaise was not home. which would be a real plus. The boss didn't seem to appreciate that I'd do it to him, though.

Unfortunately the restaurants offering fried carp are increasingly rare! but in addition to offering it, the white horse of ferrette knows how to achieve it perfectly. I can only advise all those who have never dared to eat carp to go to this restaurant. When to others, continue to taste it in this establishment!
For a medium-capacity restaurant, I was impressed by the amount of choice in the menus. the kitchen is good, very copyy, and an interesting price. What more, if not that the boss should give an increase to the waitress.
