What E doesn't like about Pizza Factory:
Vile food. Pizza not cooked properly and simply not tasty. The Wannabe Caesar salad with HUGE pieces of lettuce that couldn't fit into my giagantic mouth. I should've known to go to a place that was practically empty. You'll disagree with me on the food but I've eaten a lot of great pizza in 5 decades of living and the food was simply amateur. This is one of the best pizza factories I visited. Always clean, friendly service and fresh hot pizzas. I often travel through Fernley and pick up the pizza here to take home in Reno/Sparks, as it is better, then the next... even if I have to reheat it.
Wonderful pizza! Both times were consistent. One was a din and one was an excerpt. Staff are top notch and the manager is great! I live closer.
The staff was very friendly. The place was very clean. They seemed very busy and short staffed but still got my order in a timely manner. The pizza wasnt that great.
