The manager Monica) is rude to customers and employees.My experience assured that I won't be returning to the Fernley location.If you don't enjoy seeing employees embarrassed publicly, you should avoid this location as well.
Worst experience of my life. told them cant have tomato's or anything like tomatoes or ketchup. they put on anyway Went back and they told me to bad and through the bag at me.Tryed call store many times no answer even called corporate and they dont care. Be carefull where you eat I can tell you Jack doest give a dam about you
Messed up our drive through order, gave us the wrong kind of fries. When we went in to get it corrected, they charged us for the discrepancy (a whole 32 cents) so we had to go back to the car and grab a wallet. After which they asked for the wrong fries back, and then promptly thew them away in front of us. I don't know if this location has issues with people trying to get extra food without paying, but it was bizarre and took way more time than it needed to.
This place is absolutely horrible with answering the phone. Tried calling to tell them that their CO2 is empty in their soda machine because our soda was flat and called 5 times. Hasn't been the first time they won't answer the phone either. Sometimes the morning staff are rude too.
