Mcdonald's - Fernie

I have visited this restaurant on multiple occasions, but most recently ordered a simple cheeseburger. When I discovered a hamburger in the bag instead, I went back to correct the mistake. However, the staff insisted that this was what I had ordered and after arguing with them, I ultimately had to pay an extra 42 cents for a slice of cheese.

I greatly appreciate the gentleman who kindly shared his muffin with me in the freezing cold without a jacket. Thank you so much!

This was the worst breakfast I have ever had at McDonald's. The hash browns were cold, the English muffin was stale and tasted awful, and it was seven in the morning so there is no excuse for it. I would recommend avoiding this location at all costs.

I asked for spicy habanero. they put the new spicy sauce on it. turns out im allergic to the new sauce. if only they would've given me what I actually ordered. I will never visit this location again because of this. thanks McDonalds.

Pretty standard McD's, except they: (1) didn't mess up a single thing on a somewhat complicated order (2) dealt with some pretty ignorant members of the public in an efficient effective manner. Great job to the staff on shift. ?
