Angel Inn - Ferndown

Have been here several times, mainly for a meal before flying out from nearby Bournemouth Airport. Good service and decent food. Definitely recommend!

Visited here recently on a Monday evening having pre-booked a table that was ready on our arrival. Service was good, staff were polite and efficient. Nice friendly atmosphere, plenty of choice on the menu and the food was really enjoyable. No negatives, would definitely book again.

Very poor, the staff were very nice and helpful but we ordered our food then waited along time and was then given to another table. When we did get our food the roast meal was cold, Generally the floor was dirty but mostly from messy noisy children. It was not a pleasant experience.

Immediately seated but took 15 minutes to take drink order, almost fifteen minutes later to receive drinks, twenty minutes after drinks received to take food order, then thirty five minutes after all that to receive meals. No apologies given for the wait.

Great sized car park. Good looking pub from the road. Modern and spacious inside. Not the warmest of welcome on arrival at the restaurant, functional rather than sincere. Table waitress who had only been there 3 weeks was a lot better and saved the restaurant on the service side. The food was good but slightly on the expensive side for a group owned pub.
