Mount's Espresso - Ferndale

I frequently go to this coffee shop since it's the only one nearby, making it convenient for when I'm in a rush. I've realized I should only visit when the lovely girl with the grey car is working, as she's incredibly friendly and knows how to make an excellent drink—she's truly fantastic! Unfortunately, the other staff members don't seem to share her skills. Today, I stopped by when the woman with the large grey truck was on duty, and she made the worst coffee I've ever had. First, when I placed my order, she repeated it back to me incorrectly, which signaled that things were off to a bad start. I asked for a 16 oz iced Americano with one flavor and white coffee, and my total came to nearly $8??? This place really needs to enhance its barista training. Honestly, how can you justify charging $8 for a coffee that tastes mostly like water?

I really adore this restaurant! Their mocha milkshakes are simply amazing.

The barista was exceptionally friendly, and the drinks were wonderful! The service was prompt and came with a cheerful smile!

Been driving by for years, finally decided to stop. Fast, friendly, delicious, will definitely stop again.
