Thank you, we know everyone has an ?off? night so I?d like to review my rating. I?m sooo sad to write this review because I?m a long time Loop lover! Lastnight we got take out? I ordered the crunchy broccoli salad (my fav!!! and I kid you not? there was exactly ONE piece ofbroccoli in there. One. And two cherry tomatoes. This was after waiting 45 minutes for our order. We live 20 minutes away so Icouldn?t go back to fix it. Sadly Loop may be out of our dinner rotation from here on out. I had to go up to McDonald?s afterspending $30 on our meals, as a handful of lettuce and one piece of broccoli was not enough. Loop- if I could give you ONEsuggestion, it would be that you?ve got to make the to go salads more substantial. When you dine it, the salad is full oftoppings! When you get it to go, it?s so meager! Definitely not worth the money.

I alsogot the chicken tenders, and while those were good, they were WAY too small for being over $8. I was starving and hadn?t eatenall day, so I ate what was actually edible but I regret not contacting the place to get my money back. Never ordering from hereagain! ETA 8/11 added two stars because when Joey got back to me, he was very understanding and prompt about getting me arefund, which I very much appreciate. If the food?s lacking, at least the customer service isn?t!

It makes me so sad that I have to spend this because I went into the loop as I was a little girl, but today I have a few bites taken from my burger not to reall... read more It makes me so sad that I have to spend this because I went into the loop as I was a little girl, but today I have a few bites taken from my burger not to really pay attention because the loop was always amazing and I had no reason to ask her food since I have gone so many times. but then I looked down and my burger was completely raw on the inside. everything else was amazing.

I would drive miles out of my way just to dine at The Loop in Fernandina, and I do so quite often. The staff is consistently friendly, and I've noticed that the manager, Eli, genuinely cares about customer service and satisfaction; he has a knack for making everyone smile. Also, I can't resist mentioning the ice nuggets—I wish I could take home a gallon of them!
