This was our first time dining at this restaurant, and I am so glad we decided to try it! I wish I could remember our waiter's name, but she was excellent and the service was outstanding overall. The food was even better than I expected. I ordered the steak and my partner had the BBQ chicken, which we shared. We also tried the wings and ribs as appetizers. We will definitely be returning soon! View all feedback.

With our 5 month old in tow, we stopped for lunch. After being sat at a bench, we asked to be moved to a table as the carrier wouldn’t fit and the tables are a high step up so he couldn’t sit in a high chair. Most tables were open but our Waitress was so rude and told us we would just have to wait until she can get to it. She really made us feel like we were putting her out of her way. We were at the shrimp festival and were disappointed by the food options. We stumbled upon this gem and it turned out to be the highlight of our day. We were seated promptly, welcomed warmly, and our drinks arrived quickly. The live music was fantastic and the food was delicious, despite the limited menu. We will definitely make the trip back from Jacksonville just for the amazing lime cake.
The food was fantastic, the music was great, I highly recommend visiting this local restaurant.
This place has a great atmosphere live music and outdoor lighting make it really romantic. the service was fast and our waitress was really nice. the muddles were really delicious, but the fried green tomatoes were soggy and fell apart. I really enjoyed the escaped, though. I can say it was a good experience
Great atmosphere--even makes us locals feel like we're on vacation: great outdoor seating, live music, palm trees nearby. Excellent service and good food. The grouper is worth it for the sauce alone. Some dishes aren't as New Orleans spicy as some people would like, but you can always add hot sauce. It's hard to pick a dessert from the great choices. Added to our list of good options when we have guests--doesn't have the touristy feel of some places downtown but it has a vacation vibe.
