That was the first time I tried paella, and it definitely did not disappoint.

I highly recommend this restaurant, with a 10/10 rating. The staff is friendly and the outdoor terrace has a charming ambiance reminiscent of Spain.
It is not on the menu, but her vegan vegetable paella was one of the best meals I had on my 10-day trip to Fernandina Beach. You told me it's always an option, you just have to ask! And her garlic-Lupini bean appetizer was from this world!
