I have been dining at Hillbilly for years, but since Covid, their customer service has been terrible and the food quality is inconsistent. My orders have been wrong multiple times, most likely due to the staff's poor English. It's a joke of a place and I recommend avoiding it at all costs. Hillbilly's has been a major disappointment. This restaurant is a consistently good choice for fast food. I have never been disappointed with my meals here, and their 99's are particularly delicious.
