She kept us informed about our food order throughout our visit.

Queues were out the door with no staff attempting to control the mass of people and no space to hold any of us. Disaster from beginning to end, wasn't clean either. We abandoned ship.

Ordered 4 meals 3 cokes and 1 strawberry milkshake had to return to the restaurant after noticing the milk shake was not full and then opened to discover the mi... read more Ordered 4 meals 3 cokes and 1 strawberry milkshake had to return to the restaurant after noticing the milk shake was not full and then opened to discover the milk shake (wouldn’t call it that) that it was pure water with slimy texture spoke ti the management and they couldn’t care less she then spoke the staff that was doing the drinks and asked her if she was putting out watery milkshakes and she said yes so god knows how many more drinks was like this . Kindly replaced with a another drink then I discovered that when I got home the food was stone cold definable worst Macdonalds i have ever been the chips were cold and had been cold for a while no reheating was going to save then
