Kfc - Fermanagh

I am in Enniskillen at KFC and oh my goodness. I have never experienced such great service before. It was even better than any restaurant I have been to. The staff who served our table went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed throughout the meal. They were attentive from start to finish and could not have been more helpful. I was alone with my two 3-year-olds, which I had never done before, but they made it so easy for me that I had nothing to worry about. They were incredibly welcoming and took great care of us, as well as all the other patrons in the restaurant. They made sure to check in with all tables regularly. It was a truly delightful experience. I was so touched by their kindness that I barely had time to eat. The children absolutely loved it. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

The food was good, but the restaurant's reduced opening hours are disappointing. They do not open early, with seating only available around 7 o'clock each evening, and closing around 8 o'clock. This limited schedule may be causing them to miss out on potential customers.

The restaurant was spotlessly clean, the staff were very friendly, and the food was hot and very tasty. This was the nicest KFC I've been to in a long time.

I paid £9.49 for a zinger tower burger meal. My recommendation is to go somewhere else to eat. The chicken was undercooked in the middle and there were only 10 chips in the tiniest paper bag I've ever seen.

I have no one to blame but myself. I am well aware that KFC is subpar - from the fries to the sides to the chicken, it's all pretty awful. Despite this, I had a sliver of hope that this particular experience might be different. Unfortunately, it was not.
