I entered the restaurant and noticed the worn-out seats, a clear indication of a franchise focused solely on profit and lacking any investment in improving the customer experience. This is only what is visible to the public. It makes me wonder what the unseen aspects of the business are like. The prices were high and the atmosphere was unpleasant. The question "Where is the lemon slice?" at the till summed up the experience. I will not be returning.
The wait times at this restaurant are always incredibly long! During our last visit, the computerized cash register stopped working and the manager showed no concern at all. I felt sorry for the other employees.
The service at the restaurant was quite slow as there was only one register, causing the line to move very slowly. However, the coffee and food were excellent.
Over priced!! Need ..up to a 5e for a sandwich! Not counting your tea ect ..cost ya a fortune..Will not be back
