Castle Archdale Tea Rooms - Fermanagh

We stopped in for lunch again and had soup and wheaten bread. The soup was the best I've had in a while and the wheaten bread was excellent. Paired with a coffee, it made for a great light yet filling meal.

This restaurant is perfect for a casual lunch or snack, rather than a formal dinner. The food and staff are both great, and the location is convenient for visitors who have just finished a cycle or walk.

We stopped for a sandwich at lunch time because we wanted to visit Castle Archdale, but unfortunately, it no longer exists. We ended up at the original courtyard where the tea room is located. We ordered toasted sandwiches and that's exactly what we got - just a sandwich with no extras like salad. The bread was quite thin and they used one of those sandwich makers that tends to overcook the sandwich. It was okay but not great value for money. I wouldn't return.

Only open at weekend called. In to see what it's like basic selection not great only a few customers. It's located at the rear of courtyard near.ww2 display.

Always enjoy going here for tea and scones. They are well worth the money! The tearoom is located in the courtyard area, which in itself is a lovely setting. The tea room itself is tastefully decorated. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
