I ordered 2 fish and chips and they were cooked perfectly - crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The staff, Tish and Patrina, were very busy but managed to serve each customer efficiently. I had a chat with Patrina and was surprised to learn she had only been working there for 2 weeks, as she seemed like a seasoned pro. The girls clearly enjoy their jobs and their customer service is exceptional. Kudos to Ashdale Chippy and its wonderful staff!
