I ordered food for delivery at 6:30 PM, but it didn't arrive until 8 PM and was cold. The driver didn't offer any sympathy or discount. It would be a good idea for the restaurant to use proper bags to keep the food warm during delivery. The restaurant is only a 10-minute drive from Enniskillen, so it shouldn't be difficult to keep the food warm. It would also be helpful for staff to inform customers of the estimated delivery time. I was very disappointed with my experience and won't be returning on my next visit to Enniskillen, as I was in a hurry.
Ordered food tonight and part of the order (it wad not even a big order) was missing and the burger was so cold it was inedible. That is now the last 3 times we have used them that part of the order was missing. There won't be a 4th. Stay away from here! You have been warned.
