I waited an additional 30 minutes for an order I placed online 35 minutes before my arrival. When I finally received my order, it was incorrect. The staff seemed more focused on socializing than on helping me resolve the issues with my order. When I requested a refund, they were unable to issue it for the order that was wrong. They simply said, "Don't do that," and informed me that the money would be refunded in 3-5 days. While I trust they will take care of it, I will still need to inform my bank to handle the process if necessary. I know sharing negative reviews is common in situations like this, but it's certainly warranted. My food seemed undercooked, likely because they were rushing, and the fries were soggy with a lot of crumbs. Sometimes you can overlook bad service if the food is good, but this place fell short in both aspects. I won't be returning, but I hope they improve for future customers.

I really don’t like blue cheese, so I was pretty disappointed. Honestly, I can't stand it! It would be great if you could label the lids clearly. Overall, I didn’t have a good experience and had to gag a bit. Come on, Wingstop, you can do better! (Just to be clear, this is all in good fun, but seriously, blue cheese is not my thing!)

Rolanda truly went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. We will definitely be back and hope to see her many more times in the future. If every restaurant were managed by someone like her, the world would be a much better place.
