Subway - Ferguson

It's the staff, depending on who's working they lie about having a restroom. And this lady was rude about. When I told her I used the restroom yesterday she just dismissed me an asked what was I ordering. Kind of pissed me off. But I just see if she working for now on an if so go to another one. I hate rude customer service folks.

They DON'T except subway coupons for All sandwiches. Didn't even know this was possible, was told my sandwich couldn't be used with my coupon, had to choose a sandwich from a small list they printed. Very Disappointed with the customer service.

The owner treats customers very badly.There are toilets in the place but he doesn't let anyone shake hands even if they shop there.I had to eat with dirty hands.Highly do not recommend this place.

I asked for the sandwich of the day because it is listed on all Subway restaurants. The cashier told me they don't participate in the sandwiches of the day and I was stopped by a manager on my way to use the bathroom and he told me that they aren't participating in the public using the restroom even if you are a customer. I left the restaurant letting him know that I was going to post a review for the ridiculous manner I was treated with. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!

The service at this restaurant was awful. I paid a lot of money for a sandwich and got practically nothing in it. I might as well have just ordered plain bread.
