What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I placed my order ahead of time to quickly grab lunch and go back to work. When I arrived, the restaurant was very busy. Unfortunately, only half of my order was ready and I had to cancel it. The staff member there was very understanding and went above and beyond to personally prepare my order for me. I am extremely impressed with the customer service I received. One of the best Starbucks I've ever been to, my drink is always right, and the Barista's that work there are great. Can't wait to go back again???

They are very kind but the in store service is horribly slow. I was waiting for 15mims for a SHORT white mocha and a scone. I understand drive thru is priority but it shouldn't take this long to get in store orders out. They need to do better
