Natalie's Cakes And More - Ferguson

I have been craving some Natalie's caramel cake and today was my birthday, a perfect excuse to go get some cake. I looked online at the website and saw that you were open today, which is a Thursday, until 5pm. We arrived sometime in the afternoon around 3pm. There was a sign on the door saying that due to staffing issues, you would only be open until 4:30pm, yet even though that time was a ways off, the store was still closed. The store has been closed every time I've tried to visit. I can't seem to find any other locations and only know of one place that actually carries Natalie's cakes anymore and it is very far from where I live. Kinda disappointed that I didn't get my birthday cake, but I'll live, of course. I wouldn't have been disappointed if the cakes weren't totally delicious. I would just recommend calling first maybe, to see if they are open during these especially strange times we are living in. Definitely worth the effort to keep trying! I’ve been craving these cakes since I worked at Starbucks and I used to eat them constantly. Also, when I had an issue, they were very responsive and cool.

Inconsistent store opening times. Waste of gas driving up to see if or when they will be open. Store hours not updates in google maps. Then today there was a sign in the door that says only selling in stores now. Disappointed is an understatement.

I ordered a Carmel Cake for Thanksgiving 2021 for my family.The service was great!!!The cake icing was delicious however; my cake was not moist at all.My family only ate 4 slices I had all that cake leftover.I actually had my husband to take it to his warehouse job the next day..I did text the number I ordered the cake from a few days later to let them know.Someone did text back and said I will let the bakers know and have a nice day.Personally I thought they would have offered me a coupon to re- try them again I wasn't looking for a free cake..They came recommendedIt's nothing worst than a dry cake.Hopefully they will get betterD.Hester

I actually picked up a piece of New York Grill... not the best, but 3 stars for Icing.... the cake part was dry. I'm probably not buying another one.

I first visited Natalie's cake shop today. It looks good, based on the images on the website. When I was there, they had nothing to choose. The sugar cookies I ordered come from the Walmart bakery that I know because we buy them all the time, the same size texture and taste. The Croissant Donuts, who served them in any case, came from the Schnucks bakery. And the cupcakes I got for my daughters were definitely from the mini cupcake packs from the local grocery store. NOTE that it was that they made it. The lady at the counter said that the card machine was down and could not simply mathematics, she used a calculator over loading me and still gave me wrong change. This place was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. These people are advertising other stores products than theirs. I could have gone to snucks and got fresher products. At least I know that the desserts of Schnucks came from their own bakery. Natalie's cake business will never get my business again. FIRST AND LAST TIME! Sm
