I loved the Chicken Bianca, with mozzarella, carmelized onions and mushrooms but for an amazing treat try the Loaded Baked Potato pizza with roasted potatoes, mozzarella, and pancetta. If you are in the mood for an appetizer try the Pear and Hot Honey Crostini, with goat cheese and walnuts, it was great along with the Citrus and Greens salad. The spring mix with chicken, feta, walnuts and Fuji apples was the best salad I've had in a long time. We can't wait to go back, since there are so many terrific items on the menu.
While only open since Tuesday, this new eatery addition to Ferguson, MO. seems to have started off right. Primarily serving various 12 inch wood-fired pizza, the menu features about 12 speciality receipe pizzas. Of course, if you dont feel like exotic pizzas, you can custom build your own. The pizza came out hot and fresh, with authentic hand tossed crust. The ingredients were numerous and fresh. I also ordered a half sized dinner salad, and was surprised with the size of it! All in all, a great first experience taste-wise. The only complaint I would have was that it seemed a tad chilly inside, but I was sitting near the outer glass wall. The atmosphere was bright and cheerful, and it seemed pretty busy for a Thursday night. Great service, great taste...now if they could add some sandwiches (hint...meatball), and possibly delivery....perfection!
I had the Chicken Bianca pizza and the Roasted Brussel Sprouts. The Roasted Brussel Sprouts (my main reason for going there. Really! Where can you get brussel sprouts at a restaurant? arrived hot, with the pancetta adding a nice texture to the sprouts which were firm and cooked to perfection. The pizza crust had a soft chewy texture while the topping combination was heaven in my mouth. The caramelized onions still had some firmness to them, while the mushrooms could be tasted and appreciated. All in all, an excellent meal. I'll be back to try their other delights.
Service was good, pizza and wings were delicious. Awesome beer selection too! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back
My family and I live here in Ferguson! Took my kids and hubby there to support a new business! It was delicious! Busy yes, but most restaurants are on a Friday night! We received outstanding service and compliments from staff and maybe manager) on how well behaved our kids were we had 8 Kids with us). Asia, our server, was amazing and the pizza was worth every penny and then some! Proud they are here In Ferguson and even more proud it can be another family hangout for us! Oh and I love the decor and that we can watch sports!
