We stopped for supper tonight and had ordered a tripple cheese burger and a plain double cheese burger. What we got was two double deluxe cheese burgers. Needless to say my other half got leftovers and i had to make myself something when we got
They wouldn't have a line of cars that goes to the main road if they got orders out in a timely manner. It shouldn't take a half hour to make 3 ice cream orders but to see 4 people standing and chatting and one making orders would give me the answer. I don't need to hear your short staffed. Honestly, if your full staff does that mean 2 people are working and 10 are standing watching?
This is the worst DQ we have ever been in. The owner/manager whoever he is was extremely rude. He hollered at me when I gave him a suggestion about how they don't hand out the drinking cups after paying which is the reason so many customers are standing in front of the counter instead of sitting with a drink at their table as they wait for their food. The guy got irrate. Looks like there are other reviews here about this guy's aggression.
