Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Fergus Falls

Quite often, especially if the manager isn 't around gets my wife 's and my drive-thru orders wrong. After my last complaint, I was accused by the management (who hitherto have been friends of ours) of being abusive to his staff and banned from evercoming back. Avoid this DQ location at ALL COSTS!

I had broken down in the middle of the night near dairy Queen. After spending all the money I had trying to fix the vehicle tthe following the morning, the vehicle still did not run. My ride was coming from a long ways away and couldn't be there for severalhours. So I was left with no way to keep warm and no money. I didn't want to but I walked into dairy Queen and asked if I couldwait in there and warm up for just a little bit while I waited for my ride. Without hesitation Elizabeth and hope welcome meto sit down. Not more than a couple minutes had passed before Elizabeth poped around the corner with hope standing behindher,both had big smiles and asked if I was hungry. I told them I had no money but they went on to tell me not to worry and itwas on the house. After being in the cold all night, I was so thankful. Bless you two girls. Wrong food. Had to wait for our for them to prepare . Wrong order and the dri e thru watch fotr for cement sidewalk through drive through wrecked a rim on our car it sticks out so far.

Love that there is a DQ here! Cute little place. We weren?t able to eat inside, since they are not staffed and opted to keep the take out line opened. Great idea, so we could enjoy a ice cream treat!

Y'all really gonna have your lobby closed at 4pm on a week day? Not only does Google not say you are not doing dine-in. But no one at this store is answering a phone. It's unprofessional, not everyone owns a car. Some people have to walk places. Eithermake it well known you aren't doing dine-in, or maybe just open your lobby. It's unprofessional.
