The ribs fall from the bone and have the perfect amount of smoke. I don't know what they use, but it's phenomenal! The pulled pig and BBQ chicken get the same rating. Amazing!!! The Johanneman's are a great local family and if you are not local, you should definitely come from the highway and go to Ferdinand. You will not regret it!!! It is my favorite place to eat when I come to Ferdinand to visit family.
I only had Beef Briskit. Delicacies Have BBQ Chicken and Pork Links ate, they are also very good. All meats were always tender, the sides are good.
Eat it first. We talked to cars a little and he asked me to burn a tire for him when I left. I had to force the man.
