We went to a new Vietnamese restaurant tonight for the first time, and it was fantastic! I ordered the combination pho, and it was delicious and fresh. My partner had the pork and rice vermicelli, which had a milder marinade than what we're used to, but it was still really tasty. The Vietnamese coffee was strong and had a bitter taste. The restaurant had a very traditional and family-friendly atmosphere, which we really enjoyed. Do not even bother ordering food from these rude, non compliant, filthy restaurant. I ordered a lotus salad which came with tomato, lettuce and cucumbers only. NO LOTUS. I drove a while to reach there during my lunch break as this is what I was craving and when I returned back to work realising they had left out the main ingredient charged me the same , I made a call. Instead of apologising and offering a refund/alternate solution he was immediately aware that the lotus was left out of the dish (I was dealing with the chef as the lady at the front could not speak English) and the man (chef) started accusing me of eating the salad because I was not able to drive back to return the salad to him as my lunch break was over. I had to request to pick up refund the following day as I was tied at work past their closing time. They refused unless I took the tomato lettuce salad back immediately, starting accusing and yelling at their customer for their own mistake!!! The place is filthy; the kitchen deliberately left out the main ingredient and charged the normal amount very rude staff. I highly do not recommend.
