I prefer going to Johnny Fong’s where the tables are spacious and the food carts reaches you at a reasonable time. The staffs are quite friendly too! They have the silkiest tofu pudding dessert. Every time I visit my parents, instead of going to Cabramatta for yumcha (where there are usually lines out the door), I’d suggest Johnny Fong’s. View all feedback.
What Louis VT doesn't like about Johnny Fong's:
Ordered a live mud crab and they served us a much smaller crab. To make it worse, the crab meat tastes taste like it was refrozen and thawed for 100 times. Don't bother to complain as we will never come back. View all feedback.
I would like to give a full 5 stars if not because of the over priced even after 10% off for presenting a membership card.Food is great, I mean Yum Cha. Dinner also great but terrible with portion. I ordered a fish from a tank, asking for a good size for 4 people (but we have only 2), but do not bring a live fish to our table. By the way, what we got was a little fish that I can finish it in 3 mouth full. Anyway, good food.Services! Great! You ask anything and they'll bring it for you.Price is major problem. I don't think I like to fill my tummy and my partner with 150 bucks just for lunch. Special dish from the kitchen for yum-cha size is 19.80 dollars. I think that is too much for me. So, we cannot come here often enough as we wished.
Poorly service yum cha. Customer service was terrible. There were no food trays walking around and when even ordering food it wasnt serviced quickly. To mae the service more worst, We had ordered an item but the other customers were served the food item before we had to call them about where our food was. There were a few people and we only had three people but felt the service wasmt catering us. It felt like we needed a group for the customer service people to recognise us. My father was in a wheelchair and placed in an area where there was no customer service.I will reconsider coming here again. Not welcoming.
I Have eaten at Johnny Fongs with friends and family but not once have I witnessed such shocking waiters, the way they treated us was completely outrageous and told me to leave if I didn't chew with my mouth closed.They asked for a tip after we finished eating so I tipped them $5 and they got really mad and started getting violent.
The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly. Yum Cha is quite convenient with easy parking, and there's no need to wait in line. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of tables available. I prefer coming here even though it takes me a 25-minute drive to get there.
I enjoy going to Johnny Fong’s because the tables are spacious and the food carts bring dishes to your table in a timely manner. The staff is also quite friendly! They serve the creamiest tofu pudding for dessert. Whenever I visit my parents, I recommend Johnny Fong’s instead of heading to Cabramatta for yumcha, where there are often long lines out the door.
