The sushi didn?t taste fresh at all. Spicy Krab, sweet potato roll, and tampa roll. The chicken fried rice was hard. Vegetables are barely in the dish. online it says it comes with zucchini carrot and mushroom. None of that is in there, except for tinypieces of carrot. Since discovering Fuji Express, this has become my go-to place for sushi. Fresh, innovative and delicious, their menu has never disappointed me. The staff is friendly and courteous, ready and willing to help explain things on the menu if you are notfamiliar with them.
