We had a lovely afternoon sitting by the water watching the boats go by. The flathead chips and salad were excellent and surprisingly well priced at $17 not exactly fine dining but delicious casual dining. A bottle of wine from the nearby general store completed the picture. View all feedback.
Best fish and chips in Sydney. Good portion and fast serving. Their coffee is quite roasty which I like. Desserts are average. Run by young locals and they put love into their labour! Xihuahua believes they are average. Boo her!!!!
I dont understand why places are not open early on weekends. Thankfully fish cafe is. After a supposedly 'brisk ' walk around beautiful berowra, filling our lungs with fresh morning air, totally invigorated, what else to do but fill our 'now empty ' tummies. Holding hands with my equally stunningly beautiful missus, we sauntered in and got ourselves a couple of veg brekky n coffees. No table service here, order and pay at the cashier and food will be brought out. <br/ <br/ Scrambled eggs n sunny side up done right along with hash browns, wilted spinach, portabelo mushrooms and grilled tomatoes 3/5 with a slice of sourdough. Nothing special, completely did its job and quite enjoyable in its tranquil surrounding. Extra 0.5 pt for the views
I never do food reviews usually being a chef myself... but i had to make an exception this one time. So yesterday (20.01.16) I went to the Berowra Waters Fish Cafe for a friends birthday dinner, ordered 3 serves of the fish and chips and 1 serve of the flathead and chips with drinks. It was absolutely incredible, best fish and chips I have had in years, portion of chips could have been a little more but that's only because they were so damn good.<br/ <br/ Last time I was at the Fish Cafe prior to this visit I walked out completely disgusted with the food and service, not sure if they have a fresh team in there but the difference was night and day, food, service and vibe was totally different, this was incredible and bravo to the chef, I nod my head in respect to you sir!

Kayaked from Crosslands Reserve stopped here for lunch. Need to book to dine in but park next door to sit for take-away. Good portions friendly service. Lovely view of marina.
