Tim Hortons - Fenton
Tim Hortons
Description
Despite a recent renovation, this restaurant fails to meet expectations, showcasing a run-down exterior with noticeable wear and tear. Diner experiences reveal poorly prepared food, exemplified by a soggy sandwich and frequent incorrect orders. Patron complaints emphasize both the lack of quality in food presentation and a disappointing customer service attitude from younger staff members. While long-time customers appreciate the previously friendly atmosphere and community support, the current state of operations suggests a need for new ownership and substantial improvement to restore this once-beloved local eatery to its former glory.

Feedback
This restaurant is located on a hill and is absolutely terrible. I have been a patron here for years and will not be purchasing any more drinks here. My breakfast sandwich this morning was the last straw - the ice was hard (even though it was only 8:30am so it should have been fresh), and the cheese was also hard, likely reused from a previous order. My money was wasted and I felt sick afterwards. The cleanliness inside is also questionable. The food always tastes fresh.
I ordered a roasted bagel with cream cheese at the restaurant. Unfortunately, they told me they couldn't toast it or apply the cream cheese right away due to being short-staffed and busy. However, I was the only person in line and noticed that there were three employees standing by the counters while I moved to the window.
After undergoing renovations, this restaurant constantly appears run down. There are many dents on the exterior, a broken TV monitor near the Drive-through, stale donuts, a broken fence, and a dirty dumpster area. The franchise would greatly benefit from a new owner.
I ordered online ..bagel had no cream cheese..coffee had no sugar..but the worst part is the total a-hole at the window with a terrible attitude ..never again ..
