I stopped by to grab a quick bite on my way home, but it was quite the frustrating experience. I pulled up to the drive-thru and waited for at least five minutes without anyone responding to take my order. When I reached the window, there was nobody there either. After sitting for a minute, I decided to leave. Just as I was driving off, I noticed a young man walking in and then a girl appeared behind the counter. I thought I would give it another shot, so I drove around again to place my order, but once again, there was no acknowledgment. It makes me wonder how this place can stay in business!

We had 5 subs to order, so my husband went inside…it has been 36 minutes and he is not out yet! This location needs to be staffed better, this is a repeat experience. He has seen two people walk out, and I personally saw one walk out the last time I was in. I hope they can manage to fix this soon :

The service was terrible. The man and older woman working there were quite rude. Despite having no other orders to complete, it took them 30 minutes to prepare two sandwiches. They showed attitude as soon as we entered. It's been a bad experience every time. I won’t be returning.

I visited the restaurant a few days ago and went through the drive-thru, but no one took my order. So, I decided to go inside. There were no other customers, and after a while, an employee finally appeared to take my order. I was surprised by the appearance of the toppings; some of them looked frozen, while many were flimsy and translucent. I would never use those toppings to make a sandwich. Additionally, the smell in the restaurant was off-putting, and I found myself looking around to see if there was something unpleasant causing it. It was quite bad overall, and I won’t be returning.
