However, there are also positive reviews highlighting the quality of the pizzas and the staff's efforts to correct mistakes. Despite mixed experiences, it seems that customer service can vary greatly at this particular Pizza Hut branch.
For the most part, it was good. They messed up on one of my pizzas and didnt add a topping. prices are a little extreme as well.
They put basically drops of frosting on my cinnabon, the cinnabon is practically dry. Im gonna call for a refund.
Pizza was not good. it was dry , the veggies were dry and shriveled
Placed curbside pickup! Said ready in 30mins, when it said to head to the store I did. Got there and they said I had to wait another 45min. I placed an ONLINE ORDER so I wouldn?t have to wait at the store. Won?t be purchasing from this Pizza Hut anymorevery disappointed.
Ordered my food 2 hours ago, they should?ve sent a message or something that their delivery guy is taking long. Instead I had to call in and check up. ?Delivery guy is busy? I call bs, my order was delivered 5 minutes after I call in. place is prolly fullof working HS kids smh
