Good food. Most times you can't get a booth b/c thy haven't cleaned the tables. Bathroom not always clean nor dining room floors..especially under the booths where they don't look. When are you bringing back the loaded baked pot soup?
The service here is incredible! I ordered on the self service kiosk and the process was smooth and efficient. The staff were very friendly and my food was prepared quickly. The restaurant is very clean and comfy to be in. The free wifi is also a bonus.Great place to go if you see looking for high quality food in an enjoyable environment.
Update (10/24): I must be a glutton for punishment because if it weren’t for my kids being obsessed with this place, I would be done with it. I placed a $70 order for delivery and included a 20% tip after spending the day caring for my cancer-stricken mother. The order never arrived, and no one at the restaurant would answer the phone. I really hope I can get a refund when I call corporate tomorrow.
I stopped by to pick up a DoorDash order and decided to ask for a drink while I was there. To my surprise, the charge was $3.78 – almost $4 for a single drink while I was delivering their food. I was taken aback and confirmed the price with the young male cashier. "Is it really $3.78?" I asked. He replied that yes, that was the price for just one fountain drink, with nothing else to eat. I was appalled and handed him a $5 bill, but I won’t be coming back. That kind of pricing feels like blatant greed.
I ordered a bowl of soup because the cup is so small, but what I received was less than a cup of soup in a bowl. The price for anything from this company is already ridiculous, and now they're shortchanging customers by giving them half their food! I paid over $9 for this soup, and that's outrageous! If I poured it into a ladle, there would still be room left. Why are we paying $9 for such a tiny amount of soup, and why is the service so poor that they send out an incomplete order? This is just unacceptable!
