Panera Bread - Fenton
Panera Bread
Description
At this restaurant, diners experience a mixed bag of service and quality, with notable issues in food delivery and order accuracy. Patrons report excessively long wait times, even during off-peak hours, leading to frustration over poorly executed orders. While the ambiance is pleasant and the staff cordial, offerings such as watered-down soups and mismatched sandwiches fall short of expectations, especially given their high prices. Despite its inviting atmosphere and commendable coffee, many leave feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return, indicating a pressing need for operational improvements and a reevaluation of menu quality.

DO NOT ORDER DOORDASH FROM THIS PLACE!!! I ordered a bowl of soup and a sandwich—nothing else—and it took an hour to arrive, even though I know they weren't busy on St. Patrick’s Day. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, I find this level of service completely unacceptable. This establishment really needs to improve their operations. There’s no reason for food to take that long when I could have driven through and gotten it in less than five minutes.
I ordered a chicken carbonara sandwich, but it surprisingly had no chicken in it. I also ordered a half sandwich, which came with very little filling. Additionally, I requested a cinnamon crunch bagel and instead received a muffin. I placed my order online for delivery, and it totaled over $30, including delivery fees. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.
Food was ok... French onion soup was tasty but cold the sandwich turkey, avocado and bacon was decent would of been better toasted. Service was quick and friendly.
