had a friend to dinner. we were charged $5 extra per meal, because it was evening hours this is the second time that it happened last time that it was because of weeks we were very disappointed, as the server would not adjust the bill because this fee was not mentioned on the menu anywhere! the restaurant was dirty and had a smell. no air conditioning was obvious. we were very disappointed and we are sorry to say wil... The food was absolutely delicious. I went with four other people and we cooked our own dinner. Each person chose their own meat to grill, which resulted in a delightful mix of flavors. My personal favorite was the spicy marinated pork, Jeyuk bulgoki. The restroom was well-maintained, though I wish they provided unscented soap for hand washing. The waitress provided excellent service, but unfortunately, the kitchen failed to accommodate a member of our party who had a vegetable allergy. This oversight could have had serious consequences for someone with a severe allergy. It's important for the chefs to pay attention to such requests in order to ensure the safety of all diners.
I recently tried a Korean BBQ restaurant for the first time, where you grill your own meat. It was a great experience overall and I was pleasantly surprised. The grill at my table was fantastic and the service was also excellent.
The first time the woman and I went to this restaurant on a Friday night around 5 pm, the food was fantastic. However, the overall experience was pretty bad. Our server was dressed inappropriately and used vulgar language. One side of our table, which was meant for grilling food, was not working and we had to ask for our food to be grilled. We were even charged for it. The fact that our server did not try to make things right or offer any compensation shows a lack of management and professionalism. My appetizer came out after my main course, and I would only consider returning if they can ensure better service. It is unacceptable to receive such poor service when paying a bill of $120 for an appetizer and two meals for two people. The food was good, but the overall experience was disappointing. Hopefully, they can make some improvements to redeem themselves.
The food is decent but there was one person doing the hosting, serving, bussing and running! Her name was Allie and she deserves to be treated better than that as an employee! She did great but this is not the first time we’ve been here and it wasn’t properly staffed. Management needs to get it together!
First time I sting at one of these Korean places where you cook your own meat and I'd say it was pretty good experience overall definitely came away full while it didn't seem like I would at first. Also was my first time having sake that was heated so that was great, wait staff was also on the ball.
