A female employee took my coffee order, then I waited a long time only for her to completely forget about me. Another staff member even had to ask what I had ordered! Since I was in a rush to get to work, this was incredibly frustrating. The Dunkin' menu seemed promising, but based on this experience, I think I'll stick with Tim Horton's from now on. Never again!

The staff is friendly and effi... read more Dunkin' is a new restaurant, and my experience has been great so far. It feels like a fresh revival for the Dunkin' Donuts brand. The staff is friendly and efficient. The tater tots are definitely some of the best I've ever tasted, with a delicious flavor that keeps us coming back. We've also sampled various coffee options from the menu and enjoyed each one.

I?ve had a mosquito in my drink before, half the time your donuts is only half covered with frosting, or they?ll put your donut In upside down and all the frosting comes off onto the bag.If you go at the end of the day the wake up wraps are stale and the tortilla is hard. I asked for extra caramel once in my drinkand they gave me none lol. It?s just really hit or miss and you are takin a risk every time????

The staff seems to be on the younger side most of the time so not the most experienced workers but also the store is very new. The owner seems like anincredibly great guy and very humbled. Based on my conversation with the owner I would recommend this establishment 100% good onthe owner making connections and being approachable, this alone is why I recommend this over places close like bigby.
