Burger King - Fenton

The crew is always so nice and the manager asked us when we left, everything was good and thanked us for coming there.

We rarely visit Burger King in Villa Ridge and Eureka, Missouri because they are terrible. The food is incorrect, the workers are rude, they charge for items they don't provide, and the restaurants are dirty. I prefer the Bowles location, which I visited tonight and previously. The service there is amazing, even with a short staff. Our burgers were cooked perfectly, and the overall experience was great. Perhaps the staff from the Bowles location could be sent to Villa Ridge and Eureka to teach them how to better care for themselves and keep customers returning. Everyone at the Bowles location was friendly, and I didn't feel like a burden being there. Thank you for the excellent service!

I have the order right. The food was good. The onion rings of my husband have been shortened somewhat, which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

The burger at this restaurant was good, however, the service in the drive-thru was very slow on the day I visited.

I attempted to fill out the survey on my receipt, but it was no longer being accepted for this period. Oh well, their loss I suppose because I know those surveys are important. Yesterday, I went to this restaurant to try their new chicken sandwich and it was incredible. I would even say it rivals Popeyes. I already want another one. The staff was very friendly and efficient, my order was correct and the food tasted great. I've never been a big fan of Burger King, I usually only go for their breakfast croissants. However, I decided to give their chicken sandwich a try and I will definitely be returning.
