One employee, a blonde named Maddie, was particularly polite, patient, and friendly. I really enjoyed the atmosphere!

The staff is very encouraging and engaging. I have a torn meniscus and bakers cyst in my knee, the trainers are very helpful in giving me alternatives to the exercises so I do not injure them any further. Highly recommend to everyone no matter their age.
