Patrons report extensive wait times, incorrect orders, and a lack of basic hygiene standards. Staff members have been observed prioritizing phone use over customer service, and many have left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Items often arrive cold or incomplete, with some diners receiving orders devoid of key components, rendering them inedible. The overall atmosphere is described as unclean and unwelcoming. Given the recurring issues, many customers are opting to avoid this location entirely, prioritizing their dining experience elsewhere.
The service at this restaurant was terrible. We were kept waiting for a long time while delivery drivers were prioritized, even receiving free food. When we finally got our food, it was cold and incomplete. Despite attempting to call three times, we received no answer. We drove back to the restaurant, which is 30 minutes from our home, only to be met with no apology. Nobody was wearing hair or facial nets, the atmosphere was dirty, and one of our burgers was served without a bun. This restaurant is absolutely disgusting and we will never return. It was so bad, I wouldn't even use their bathroom. My Grandad would be rolling in his grave.
Usually a slow moving queue, spilling onto the main road. During several recent visits the drinks machines have been broken, There were no hot drinks available when I went for breakfast, and a couple of weeks ago the milkshake machine was down again. I really wish they'd signpost this in the carpark, by the time I've got to the ordering stage I can't back out, despite them not having what I want to purchase. Tried to raise a complaint on their website, it was useless, just FAQs and a chatbot, but no resolution or an avenue to express my opinion. On a recent visit one of the kitchen staff leaned over to pet my dog through the window, I didn't see her wash her hands afterwards.
I have had issues with this McDonald's location in the past and have always tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, after today's experience, I have decided that I will never order from them again. My order was completely unacceptable as they did not follow my order details, specifically missing the main item: the bun. Additionally, they added extra sauces to my order, which was unnecessary as the item shouldn't have had any sauce to begin with. I am unsure if the staff are doing this on purpose. Due to my dietary restrictions, I could not eat anything in my order except for the coffee. I had to cook my own breakfast instead, which I could have done originally and saved myself money and the hassle the staff at this location have caused.
I must say this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Staff were useless got a mouth full from a snotty member of staff when I asked for a pot of sauce. Who then said I have to pay extra for it. I've never had to pay for sauce in a McDonald's before. As I tried to go through the drive through the food was cold had to nearly beg for some napkins and a straw. Overall my experience here was awful.
I would say “a dogs dinner”. But my dogs wouldn’t even eat it. Poor service is putting it nicely. 30 min wait in the drive thru. Two employees were on their phones whilst there’s a queue. And to top it off we got the complete wrong order. Just go to another McDonalds or just don’t eat, spare yourself! This isn’t a once off either, has happened many times.
