When it arrived it was very salty, my partner did not eat fro... read more I have no idea how this is a 4-star restaurant! We waited for the first course for almost an hour! When it arrived it was very salty, my partner did not eat from the dish, but we could not reach any waiter to the table(no one was watching . After 20 minutes a waiter arrived at the table. We said that it was not tasty and my husband did not eat it at all. they asked us if we wanted to change, but it was so long until we got the food. So we prefered to wait to the second dish. My husband got his dish and I did not.. we finf ourselves waiting again, we tried to get to the waiter and we did not manage for quite a while again!, my husband finished half of the meal, and then, we managed to speak to a waiter angrily, the dish came to the table and looked terrible, as if someone had vomited it on a plate, hard and inedible parts were in it, just awful. When the check arrived, we were amazed to find that they had charged us for the first dish that my husband had not eaten .. It should be noted that it felt as if we had forgotten completely, other guests had come after us, at least 30 min after, and they have got everthing so fast.. and I ask why... We went to reception of the restaurant, (We sleep in the same hotel of that restaurant and did not receive an appropriate answer for the aggravation, only the sentence I will tell my manager such a shame!
