That sounds really frustrating especially when a place hypes up their food online but delivers something completely different. That’s just bad service all around, unorganised and unprofessional. If they expect customers to order at the counter, they should at least have clear signage or someone to assist. And making you wait 15 minutes with no one around? That’s unacceptable.
