The cheeseartist is really an Artist. He transformers the fresh cheese that came directly from the local farms to amazing ripe cheeses.I have never had such an amazing Gouda for example. Matured 1,5 years it´s more like a grana padano then Gouda. Gouda till now was just a cheap cheese. But Artist now how to make it excellent.Also the brie, camembert are delicious.If you are in Vulkanland it´s a must see. View all feedback.

Beautiful hold for cheese lovers. many choices to try or buy. there is not much to see in the art of producton. but the small shop restaurant is beautifully decorated.
